DireFareBraciare is the website dedicated to barbecue enthusiasts, with a recipe book of suggestions for all tastes, designed to be reproducible at home without too much difficulty by anyone, clearly explained step by step (sorry, but in italian language only!)

Forget about exotic ingredients and starred chef preparations. Here we focus on substance. And above all on taste!

The recipes are created by our trusted pitmaster Roby Paglianti from Viareggio, a passionate griller who loves to experiment with cooking methods and recipes in the “laboratory” of his home restaurant, which he then shares with all of us.

The site will soon include a section of practical advice on how to make the most of the features of modern kettle-type barbecues that allow for indirect cooking suitable for a wide variety of preparations.

The proposals of DireFareBraciare are not limited to meat, which in any case remains the first source of inspiration, but range from appetizers to ethnic dishes, up to vegetarian recipes.

All the proposals are made using Diavolina products, starting from the Briquettes, ideal fuel for prolonged cooking at a controlled temperature, while for the ignitions Roby strongly recommends the Eco-Ricci, absolutely perfect for the barbecue, for their duration and for the natural composition without petroleum derivatives.
