Treatment of personal data<\/h1>\n

Access to some sections of the site and \/ or any requests for information or services by users of the site can be subject to the insertion of personal data, the processing of which by Facco SpA, as Data Controller, will take place in compliance of Legislative Decree 196\/2003 \u201cCode regarding the protection of personal data\u201d (hereinafter the \u201cCode\u201d).<\/p>\n

This information is intended to allow users to know, even before accessing the various sections of the site and providing their data, how Facco SpA processes the personal data of users and it will in any case be necessary for the user to take it. vision before he gives his personal data by filling in the appropriate spaces in the various sections of the site.<\/p>\n

Purpose of the processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the needs expressed from time to time by the user who accesses the various sections of the site, the purposes of the processing of personal data provided directly by users by completing the online forms may be as follows:<\/p>\n

a) subject to the user\u2019s consent and until its revocation, carry out marketing activities (such as, by way of example but not limited to, sending promotional and advertising material, by e-mail, subject to specific consent and up to revocation of the same;
\nb) send newsletters for updates on the news of the site or on the products contained therein.<\/p>\n

Methods of processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data will be processed in a mainly automated form, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes.<\/p>\n

Nature of the provision of users\u2019 personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

The provision of personal data is optional, but this is partly necessary (i.e. in the case of data whose cell is marked with an asterisk) so that Facco SpA can satisfy the needs of the user with regards to the functioning of the site. Failure, partial or incorrect provision of personal data marked with an asterisk, as necessary for the execution of the requested service, does not make this execution possible; while the failure, partial or incorrect provision of optional unnecessary personal data does not entail any consequence.<\/p>\n

Categories of personal data being processed<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to the personal data provided directly by users (such as name, surname, postal address, e-mail address, etc.), when connecting to the site, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site indirectly acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are processed for the sole purpose of carrying out anonymous statistical surveys.<\/p>\n

Categories of subjects who may become aware of users\u2019 personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data may be brought to the attention of employees or collaborators of the Marketing Office of the Data Controller who, operating under the direct authority of the latter, are appointed as data processors or in charge of the processing pursuant to art. 29 and 30 of the Code and who will receive adequate operating instructions in this regard; the same will happen \u2013 by the Managers appointed by the Data Controller \u2013 towards the employees or collaborators of the Managers.<\/p>\n

Scope of communication or dissemination of users\u2019 personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data provided directly by users via completion of online forms will not be communicated to third parties or publicized, except in the case of the publication of the names of the winners of any prize competitions promoted by Facco SpA via the site.<\/p>\n

The owner and manager of the treatment is Facco SpA, with registered office in Corso XXII Marzo, 24 \u2013 20135 Milan \u2013 Italy.
\nThe rights of users recognized by art. 7 of the Code \u201cArticle 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights.<\/p>\n

The interested party has the right to obtain:<\/p>\n

1 \u2013 confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.<\/p>\n

2 \u2013 The indication:
\na) the origin of the personal data;
\nb) the purposes and methods of the processing;
\nc) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
\nd) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed in the territory of the Italian State, where applicable;
\ne) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the Italian State, managers or agents.<\/p>\n

3 \u2013 updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data.<\/p>\n

4 \u2013 the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.<\/p>\n

5 \u2013 the attestation that the operations referred to in the previous letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment it proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.<\/p>\n

The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part:<\/p>\n

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
\nb) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.<\/p>\n

The exercise of the above rights can be exercised directly or by conferring, in writing, delegation or proxy to individuals or associations.
\nHow to exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 and to know the list of data processors : The user may, at any time, exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Code as well as to know the complete list of Managers by sending an e-mail message to the address of the Owner info@facco.eu.
